About The Role

We are looking for a Design Director to lead our design team in delivering exceptional ideas and executions on high-profile creative projects. They will create and inspire work that will deliver impressive results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage 10-15+ creatives on an ongoing basisSet overall Creative Direction of design projectsActs as a strategic and conceptual leader on projectsContribute towards growth of new and existing clientsManage the team resources and projects to ensure the highest caliber of work is delivered to the client on time

What You’ll Need

An excellent portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends and innovationA minimum of 10 years' experience in the creative industryExceptional communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and inter-departmentalThought leadership; a strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the teamThe ability to lead, coach, inspire and motivate a team to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impactful workA solid understanding of digital media as well as the marketing industry at large; an ability and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technologyAbility to provide creative directions as well as overall leadership for strategic and account directionAbility to establish client relationships and act as a creative leader for the client

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$100,000—$230,000 USD
