StruXure is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and accelerate revenue growth.

Develop and implement comprehensive and omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Lead the development of annual marketing plans, including objectives, strategies, budgets, and timelines.Brand Management:

Drive brand awareness and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with company values and positioning.Digital Marketing:

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Leverage digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Content Strategy:

Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing initiatives. Create compelling content across various formats, including blogs, videos, infographics, and case studies.Product Marketing:

Work closely with the product team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Lead product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue.Marketing Analytics:

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Champion marketing initiatives and ensure cross-functional support and alignment.Market Research and Customer Insights:

Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs & insights, and changes to the competitive landscape. Gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.Experience in the outdoor living, home improvement, or construction industry is a plus.Compensation:

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role in Eagan Minnesota: $119,000 - 133,000.
