We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team who has experience implementing AAA quality animations for User Interfaces in Unreal Engine 5 or other comparable game engines.
Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.RequirementsWhat You Will Do:Develop engaging and fluid animations for UI elements, menus, and in-game interactions that enhance the player experience and align with the artistic vision defined by the Art Director and UI Art Lead.Build out the motion design pipeline in engine, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness across platforms.Work closely with the UI Art team and UX designers to ensure that motion design complements and enhances the overall user interface and user experience.Work closely with engineering when technical challenges arise, or new tools and systems are required to achieve the vision.Work alongside both in-house artists and outsourced artists in an open and collaborative way to achieve the UI vision.Continuously research and incorporate the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design.What you will bring:Demonstrated ability to create visually stunning and engaging animations that enhance the overall player experience.Ability to effectively communicate concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.Work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment; be flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity; contribute to shipping product team features on time and to quality.Ability to tackle design challenges creatively and find innovative visual solutions to enhance the user experience and interface design.Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
