We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager. This role will be integral to our multi-disciplinary growth strategy, aligning sales, business development, marketing, and lead generation efforts across a key market. This high-impact position requires a strategic outlook while responsible for actionable, revenue-generating initiatives. It involves crafting and implementing growth marketing strategies, driving business development, managing public relations, and leveraging local market knowledge. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting qualified leads to our ABA behavioral health centers, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and spearheading the recruitment marketing of ABA professionals to our team.

Responsibilities:Growth Marketing: Spearhead the development and execution of innovative growth marketing strategies to boost service visibility, connect with our audience, and propel lead generation.Business Development: Unearth and seize new business opportunities within the ABA behavioral health industry, focusing on strategic growth and market expansion.Public Relations: Oversee our public relations strategy to amplify brand awareness, endorse our services, and bolster our standing within the industry.Local Market Expertise: Utilize your understanding of local markets to forge partnerships, influence policy, and fine-tune service delivery.Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with Regional Centers and key stakeholders to optimize service delivery and build a strong reputation within the ABA community.Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment efforts of top-notch ABA professionals, ensuring our team is attracting and retaining qualified candidates.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field; a Master's degree is a plus.At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or similar roles within the ABA or behavioral health industry.Solid understanding of growth marketing strategies and familiarity with digital marketing tools.Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and achieving growth targets.Excellent communication and people skills, with a knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.In-depth understanding of the ABA behavioral health industry, including operational knowledge of Regional Centers, a plus.Previous experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the ABA industry will be advantageous.
