In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the redesign and reconstruction of our entire interface used by law firm clients. of your past projects, we will review it as quickly as we can.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand user needs and product requirements.Conduct user research and translate user insights into innovative design solutions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results to ensure the best user experience.Design and implement intuitive and user-centered interfaces that cater to the unique needs of legal professionals.Ensure consistency across all platforms and devices by creating and maintaining design guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the curve.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in UI/UX design, Interaction Design, or related field.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, preferably with NLP products.Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and user-centered design solutions.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Experience in designing interfaces for legal-related products or understanding of lawyer users' needs is a significant advantage.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
