Formulate strategic marketing plans and business strategies for marketing programs to achieve the overall pre-set business targets.
Develop partnership/joint promotions with corporations or financial institutions to create business opportunities for customer acquisition.
Handle marketing and business development projects from negotiation to agreement sign-off, and implementation such as promotion content, drafting T&C, and launching to the public.
Manage the relationship and expectations of business partners and smooth handover to sales teams.
Prepare business proposals for all marketing plans according to assigned budgets for management approval.
Serve as project manager and roll out the marketing plan with other social media and sales teams, monitor the progress, and evaluate and report the results.
Set KPIs, project schedule, budget, resources planning, project launch, result tracking, and report on individual campaign progress and sales channels.
Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance practices.
Requirements:
University graduates in business or financial-related disciplines.
At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing or business development in a securities firm or financial industry such as credit card, loans, and insurance, etc.
Understand and be able to develop online customer acquisition channels.
SFC registered Licensed Representative for regulated activities Type 1, 4 is preferred, but not a must.
Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, and can work independently.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
