Day to day, you will lead employee communications for American Tower’s largest global division, U.S. Tower (UST). You will deepen employee engagement through strategic and creative multi-year communications plans and provide expertise across a broad range of employee, management, and business communications programs. The Director is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership position that maintains, develops, and implements high-impact employee communications in support of American Tower’s strategy and business objectives. The Director partners closely with UST’s President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, other key executives, business leaders, and other Human Resources team members to drive key initiatives, including identifying communication objectives, brainstorming creative solutions, and developing and executing communications plans using multiple channels.
