If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.ResponsibilitiesLead strategy, onboarding, upselling, and renewal efforts for organic social media clients in SaaS, fintech and ecommerce, primarily in SaaS/B2BManage and proactively source available team utilization to create social media content for the Siege Media brandManage social media strategy and potentially create content for Siege Media across email, Threads, LinkedIn and X/Twitter both for the company and personallyBe responsible for client communications including monthly reporting and regular email and Zoom call check-insDemonstrate the ability to adapt the tone and complexity of content to speak to the correct audience, as well as align with relevant style guidesServe as Siege Media’s social media thought leader, providing counsel to team members as well as sharing news, trends and industry updatesUpdate and create agency processes and trainings to provide education and professional development opportunities to team membersProject manage Siege Media team members via working with Content Marketing Managers to help them stay on timeline and hit Siege publishing and quality goalsManage and grow a team of social media content creators that directly support client brandsRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field, or relevant proportional experience5+ years of progressive social media strategy experience that generates measurable platform growth and target audience engagementProven ability to retain high value clients YOYExperience using social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.) to quantify campaign performance and inform content strategyProfessional experience running campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, and/or TikTokAbility to strongly report on and communicate the ROI of organic socialExperience leading team meetings and maintaining agendasStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships in a remote settingClose attention to detail and a heavy focus on creating quality contentGoal-orientated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independentlyProven ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention on the webSuggested Skills5-7 years working in an agency or a similar marketing environmentExperience with project management tools like Google Workspace, Basecamp, Smartsheet, and ZoomExperience with social media management tools such as HootSuite, Sprinklr and Sprout SocialDeep experience in at least one of our three core verticals: fintech, SaaS, and ecommerceExperience managing paid social campaignsExperience with SEO and on-site content marketingExperience collaborating with design teams and giving guidance on design and UX best practicesThe salary range for this position is $92,000-$120,000 USD.Please plan to upload the following information during the application process:Your resumeA short introduction/cover letterA link to your portfolio with three (3) samples of social media content that you have created/lead the content strategy for, relevant to this application
