The Schedule:9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ESTThe Role:Set up and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results.Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.Create detailed performance reports for internal and client review.Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test new ad creatives and strategies.The Requirements:Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and data analysis.Experience with campaign tracking tools and platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools for tracking and reporting.Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.The Compensation:₱55,000 to ₱80,000/month
