Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Overview/Position Summary We are looking for a strategic and innovative team member with technical expertise in animation, web development, video production, and photography. In this role, you will coach and inspire a small design team that produces RFPs, print collateral, signage, architectural photographs, and corporate videos. You will collaborate with our Creative Brand Director to plan and execute engaging and differentiated multimedia experiences for clients and employees.Responsibilities:
Manage and collaborate with our digital media specialist to drive engagement through video, audio, animation, photography, web, and graphic design.Work with Marketing leadership to drive innovation and creativity using various multimedia solutions.Partner with One Workplace's Creative Brand Director to support our family of brands, producing graphics that follow guidelines and communicate our position in the market.Manage a large volume of multiple assignments and tasks, collaborating with relevant teams while working under intense deadline pressure and tight budgets.Measure and optimize the performance of all multimedia programs delivered.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in animation, interactive and editing computer technology, as well as modern trends in production design and popular music.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Digital Media, Communications, Video Production, or a related field with 10 years of related work experience.Strong project management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to negotiate and influence decisions.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress and/or Craft CMS, HTML 5.Experience with video production and architectural photography.Proficient in post-production workflows, video and audio editing software, media encoding, various codecs, and file exporting.Experience with podcasting programs.Ability to use good judgement and to be diplomatic with sensitive situations.Interior Solutions industry experience a plus.Dedication and commitment to promote diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion in all work activities.Collaborate in diverse teams to foster productive outcomes.Salary Range: $150K -- $200KMinimum Qualification: Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
