We are equally committed to building a diverse workforce and inclusive culture where employees can use their talents to thrive and grow professionally with the firm.Reporting to Manager, Advisor Marketing & Communication, the Advisor Marketing Consultant will support the marketing initiatives of Janney’s Financial Advisors and their teams (Private Client Group) through developing multi-channel marketing and client communication campaigns. In addition, the Advisor Marketing Consultant will serve as liaison to communicate priority content, platform updates, and best practices to Janney’s Financial Advisors and their teams.Position includes 10% travel to select branch office locations within Janney’s regional footprint.What you are good atBuilding Relationships

– Demonstrating the ability to build and foster strong, collaborative relationships through service with internal clients (Financial Advisors), team members, and other departments across the organization in order to achieve shared objectives.Communication–

Providing excellent verbal and written services to Financial Advisors and their teams, including prompt, accurate, and timely attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively with internal clients using empathy and persuasion.Initiative

- Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist inquirers with information needed; Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses.Motivated Muti-Tasking
