This role is responsible for leading and managing a dynamic marketing team while helping drive collaboration, communication, and alignment across Addison’s internal teams to ensure the brand is effectively evangelized both internally and externally. Focused on staffing vertical content, messaging, digital strategies, lead generation, and sales enablement.This role will focus on strengthening the staffing brands under the Addison umbrella, driving leads, supporting market expansion, and building upon our PR and partner channel outreach.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and oversee marketing strategies for staffing brands, including brand positioning and messaging, digital marketing, content strategy and development, account-based marketing, market research, public relations, and internal communications.Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team, and champion the role of marketing throughout the organization.Collaborate, participate, and drive joint marketing initiatives as a member of the corporate Addison Group marketing team across all brands.Drive collaboration and communication with Vertical Presidents, Learning & Development, People Strategy, Human Resources, and Addison’s acquired companies to support the combined success of the organization.Oversee the management of team events for both internal and client-facing external events.Develop metrics-driven marketing strategies and reporting for staffing verticals and services.Develop and effectively manage staffing brands marketing budget.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the EVP of Operations along with other members of the executive leadership team.Develop and support internal and external communications strategies with the EVP of Operations and multiple Vertical leadership teams.Track vendor relationships for staffing teams.Guide the day-to-day activities of the staffing marketing team & shared team resources.Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and market trends.Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field.7 - 10 years of related experience in B2B marketing, strong preference working in staffing, human capital, and professional services in-house marketing teams.Proven skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of integrated marketing, digital marketing, account-based marketing, and public relations programs.Portfolio of work samples for email campaigns, social media campaigns (LinkedIn specifically), and/or Google Ad Display samples.Management experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Creative eye with an innate sense of aesthetics, design, website, and a passion for excellent copy.Aware of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.ABOUT ADDISON GROUP:Addison Group, a leading professional services firm, assists organizations with the most important success factor in driving transformation and growth: exceptional people.
