Marketing SpecialistSalary Range:

$44,462 - $57,800 - $71,138The Marketing Specialist at Crownair Aviation is responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts to promote and help the company grow its event and venue efforts. In addition, this position will further develop the customer outreach efforts. This position will also oversee the company’s online presence.Responsibilities

Implement and facilitate annual marketing planAdminister the company’s marketing operations budgetOrganize and implement client relations including:

Client development activitiesSpecial events

Oversee customer relations, from customer data tracking to sales and service efforts, to ensure appropriate communication and facilitate programs and activitiesOversee business development activities including:

Work with management on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems

Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect informationAssist with and support the company’s involvement with corporate fuel agreementsOversee the company’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of website design and maintenanceOversee the development and implementation of all events, aviation seminars, charity events, static displays, and company events.Education and Experience

College degree plus 5+ years of marketing or related experienceStrong interpersonal skillsA proven track record in administering established marketing goalsGood Language Skills - ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and the ability to effectively speak in customer service situationsThe Perks:
