Senior Growth Marketing Manager

(currently an individual contributor role with the opportunity for lots of growth in the future) to join our marketing team to help propel us towards further exponential growth! You will be working to optimize marketing performance across channels (paid search, social media, programmatic affiliate advertising), refine our current campaigns, manage marketing spend, and drive progress towards ROAS and growth in acquiring new customers. If you’re looking for a unique challenge in a newly-created role with uncapped impact and an opportunity to work with some of the most talented leaders in tech, we’d love to hear from you!What you'll do:Lead and own channel performance from end to end, including strategy, execution, analysis, optimizationOptimize and improve current performance marketing strategies and processesAnalyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to drive improvement; react to deviations from plans quickly and strategicallyConceive and execute innovative experiments; deliver and apply data-driven, analytically rigorous insights and recommendations to enhance performance.Collaborate with other stakeholders to create process improvements, including streamlining and automating our bidding processesAllocate and manage budget for each campaign to maximize ROASWho you are:6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, including 2+ years managing paid search, social media, or programmatic affiliate advertising channels hands-onBachelor’s degree in marketing or STEM disciplineStrong quantitative analytical ability and a knack for storytelling through dataAbility to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentOwnership mentality - you are not satisfied with “good enough”
