Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.As Manager, Product and B2B Product Marketing, you will report to the Director of Global Product and B2B Marketing and be responsible for leading marketing programs for Client’s Direct, Client’s real-time money movement platform. In this role, you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately delivering data-driven results. You must be an evangelist of Company’s Direct to our customers and you will play an integral role in the product go-to-market.Responsibilities:You will collaborate across our global and regional marketing and communications teams to develop and deliver innovative programs and content that drive demand.Attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success and are imperative in your ability to represent the brand in everything from product development and design to communications.You are obsessed with tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.You will regularly collaborate with product managers, product strategists, sales, and operations teams; it is a balancing act that requires strong relationship-building and diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required6+ years progressively responsible business experience in Product Marketing or Product ManagementExperience developing marketing content including reports, white papers, videos, infographics, and websites that incorporate audience messaging and insightsExperience in end user and B2B research, including persona and buyer’s journey mapping, from set up to execution to reportingExperience with end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns development, execution, and measurementAbility to partner with product, sales, and regional stakeholders on demand generation programsAudience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insightsStrong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgencyStrong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impactA great team member who adds energy, ideas and fun to our team and corporate cultureStrong planning, organizational and problem-solving skillsSolid financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientationCompensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
