As an

Insurance Sales Marketing Representative , you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new referral sources and building strong relationships. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the Lead referrals to the team while understanding the value of insurance and cultivating long-term relationships with different networks.

Responsibilities:

Achieve referral lead goals weekly through marketing various businesses to establish relationships with other professionals.

Identify new sources of referral networks.

Create marketing advertisements, documents, and maintain tracking logs.

Serve your local community by helping them prepare for uncertainties.

Create weekly and monthly marketing business plans.

Provide a positive customer experience.

Job Qualifications:

Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.

Insurance experience required.

Vehicle in good reliable condition.

Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.

Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
