Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for local in market teams on E-Commerce and Omni growth initiatives and operational architecture.Drive end to end operational process design reviews to ensure we can transform the platform needs, meet financial commitments, and deliver on growth commitments for our Omni solutions.Closely collaborate with operational Enablement and Execution teams to ensure reasonable project timelines, cost sizing, and tool availability.Be responsible for people, process, and platform priorities for the evolution of the E-commerce & Omni programs from conception until execution and handover to BAU teams.Post first delivery ensure process stability, continuous improvement, and proper KPI reporting for local in market team.Identify optimization needs and coordinate the implementation of changes that align to global best practices across Product, Technology, and Operations.Coordinate feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts on new data sources and automation techniques to manage Omni data.Review, manage, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support ongoing product enhancements.Qualifications

Skills :Required: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbal and in written communication.Required: Strong leadership skills.Required: Understanding of database structures, principles, theories, and practices.Required: Use logic to analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide consultation to business leaders.Required: Proven record of delivering results specifically in change management, process improvement, and product development.Required: Understanding of Machine Learning concepts.Required: Cost management experience with estimating total costs, planning budgets, monitoring spend, preparing for product risks, and performing cost assessments for efficiency.Required: Experience working in a cross functional environment with several teams both virtually and in person.Preferred: 3-5 years' experience with NielsenIQ products, industry, and platforms.Preferred: Experience in developing SQL databases and writing applications to interface with SQL databases.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in a quantitative field including Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, and Operations Research.Additional Information
