LibLab is an engineering company, by developers, for developers. Founded in 2022, LibLab was created to transform how client libraries are made. Building and maintaining SDKs in multiple languages at the same time is hard to get right. LibLab takes care of all of its clients SDK needs and helps them generate, maintain and monitor their SDKs. Our product allows our clients to build developer friendly, human readable SDKs in minutes.

LibLab has raised north of $50 million in venture funding from Insight Partners, Zeev Ventures, Stepstone, Rainfall and Sheva. And we are looking for somebody to help us build, scale, and lead our marketing function.

About The Role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at LibLab, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing efforts and establishing LibLab as a prominent brand in developer communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our innovative software solutions to a targeted audience of software developers and decision-makers.

Your expertise in developing market insights, customer research, and refining our ICP and personas will be essential to helping LibLab engage the right customers today and in the future as our product/services evolves. You’ll leverage your experience and our resources to create a 0 to 1 GTM Motion that drives lead generation, optimizing content across an ideal channel mix. Beyond collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align marketing efforts with business objectives and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

While LibLab is a remote first company with no physical office, we are currently focusing on hiring folks who currently live in and around the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Currently, every step of the organizational life of a LibLab employee (e.g., hiring, onboarding) is performed remotely. However, we'd like to have a centralized 'hub' where folks can collaborate face-to-face from time-to-time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote LibLab's developer tools, targeting software developers, IT professionals, and decision-makers.Manage agency and resources to optimize LibLab's online presence through effective SEO strategies, improving organic search rankings, and driving targeted traffic.Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, newsletters, and customer engagement.Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of marketing efforts, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.Create compelling marketing content across channels, including website, blog, social media, videos, whitepapers, and case studies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Design) to align marketing initiatives and support business objectives.Requirements

You’ll Be a Good Fit If you have

Experience developing GTM Motion 0 → 1 at an early stage startup specifically focused on marketing to developers.Refined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas to improve targeting effectiveness.Experience researching customers in burgeoning industries and delivering insights to leadership.Optimized marketing budget to produce greatest ROI.9+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years experience marketing within the dev-tools industry.Strong understanding of software development processes, developer communities, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).Expertise managing agencies to optimize SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.The salary range for this role is $150k – $200k for candidates in the United States. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. A candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives. For full-time employees, our benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, WFH stipend, and PTO. For candidates residing outside of the United States, the compensation will reflect the given geography market value.
