Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.As Payer Strategy Marketing Associate Director US Pharma, you will be responsible for working closely with US Brand Marketing and the Integrated Account Management (IAM) organization to support the overall objective to achieve profitable market access for our in-line US Pharma portfolio products.Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:Develop payer customer segment strategy and promotional initiatives for all US payer customer segments (health plan, PBM, Medicaid, Medicare, federal, pharmacy, and hospital) to achieve market access.Develop payer value propositions, pricing, and contracting strategies.Work with promotion point to develop and deploy resources to pull through access.Support US Finance in development of segment level forecasts in support of brand forecast.Partner with US Outcomes research to develop outcome research plans in support of the payer value proposition.Potential to flex to onto new/other products depending on business needs.Education:BA/BSRequired Knowledge and Skills:(5) years healthcare industry knowledge (includes experience in Customer facing or marketing/strategy roles, in addition to Early Strategic Support roles such as Promotion Management, Market Research).Preferred Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of customer facing or marketing (e.g., sales management, customer management, account management or marketing).Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills (written & verbal).Demonstrated understanding of US healthcare trends and policy issues and their potential impact upon our company's business opportunities.Marketing expertise.Demonstrated knowledge of financial management (e.g., brand budget, profit plan, sales forecasts).NOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTSIn accordance with Managers' Policy - Job Posting and Employee Placement, all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.If you have been offered a separation benefits package, but have not yet reached your separation date and are offered a position within the salary and geographical parameters as set forth in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) of your separation package, then you are no longer eligible for your separation benefits package.
