The candidate will learn supply chain and software tools to monitor inventories, customer relations, shipping, and handling, and will report to the Operations Manager.

Job Description:
Build relationships with customers and distributors worldwide.
Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to have an impact on target revenue goals.
Correspond with customers regarding service projects in a timely manner.
Assist with the design and timely delivery of marketing communications.
Content creation on relevant social media platforms as well as collaborating with team members to create additional marketing content.
Manages and maintains marketing list to target potential customers.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
Skills / Experience:
Prior experience in marketing, business development, sales, or life science is desirable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related degrees, or the equivalent in related work experience.
Ability to maintain good communications and relations with our growing customer base.
Familiar with QuickBooks and the sales function a plus.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of our services and product line.
Customer focused and able to respond to resolve client inquires in a timely and effective manner through verbal and digital communication.
