will be directly responsible for assisting the Company continue its aggressive sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales objectives. A critical component of this role, among those detailed below, will include the recruitment, hiring, development, and training of a Sales team responsible to sell our suite of services in our relevant business markets.

Vice President – Sales & Marketing , you will report directly to the

President / Owner , and will be responsible for maximizing our Sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will also have direct influence in sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.Required Skills And Experience You will be directly responsible for the following:Live Our Values!Understand Total Fire Protection’s strategy, business, and growth initiatives.Directly manage all day-to-day Sales operations on behalf of the Company responsible for driving and achieving revenue growth targets while developing a solid sales strategy and plan to support the Company’s growth objectives at TFP.Responsible for developing a solid and reliable topline sales forecast and sales plan.Outline clear sales goals for the team and create plans to achieve them accordingly.Focus on driving sales and tracking and analyzing performance against plan. Work closely with Executive Management to develop a cohesive and successful growth strategy.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.Promote accountability to drive superior business results, including successful execution of Sales strategies and business processes.Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.Lead and drive a team of strong Sales Representatives.Develop, inspire, and manage a high-performance field Sales team.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Sales representatives.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.Attend networking events, trade shows, and business relationship meetings with clients.Manage multiple revenue generation efforts throughout the company along with multiple market operations offices.Direct and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and quotas.Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.Structure and conduct Weekly Sales Meetings. Set agenda and target market strategy.Lead Sales presentations, team meetings, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.Design and Implement Training Procedures for New Sales Representatives.Meet and exceed quarterly & yearly sales targets.Requirements

BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a consistent sales record of driving new business and 3 years with sales management experience is required.Driven, a self-starter, who loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and the business of our clients.Successful previous experience as a Vice President – Sales & Marketing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and driving new sales growth verticals.Direct experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform, with focus on Salesforce Enterprise CRM platform.Committed to continuous education in the industry through workshops, seminars, and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environment.Think you have what it takes to be a member of Total Fire Protection?
