We tell AWS’s most important and interesting stories to educate customers about what is possible when you build on AWS.As a Product Marketing Manager for the AWS Support tooling portfolio, you will have the opportunity to lead product marketing for the portfolio which includes AWS Well-Architected (WA), AWS Trusted Advisor (TA), AWS Health, AWS re: Post/re: Post Private. These intelligent self-service, automation, event-management, and best-practice technologies enhance the customer-facing capabilities offered by AWS Support and help our customers architect, migrate, modernize, and operate their businesses at scale. You will be responsible for leading our positioning and messaging to customers, creating compelling content to drive awareness, and delivering programs to increase awareness and adoption. You will get to work on a growing, high profile business and have a strategic impact on our business planning and growth strategy.This role can sit either in Seattle, WA USA or Santa Clara, CA USA only. Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.Key job responsibilities:Own the value proposition and messaging strategies for driving awareness and adoption of AWS Support toolingWork with engineering teams to distill key functionality and benefits into product marketing messagesCraft & develop compelling stories, content and tools (presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, how to guides etc.) that land multi-channelDrive successful service launches inclusive of customer benefit messaging and positioningOwn web strategy and AWS owned marketing channels including social, on-network promotion, events, and emailsWork effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, digital marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve business goalContinuously measure and optimize product marketing initiativesAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.Inclusivity and Diversity:AWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
