Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.THE ROLE:Responsible for analyzing internal sales & operations data and external marketplace trends.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:Conduct comprehensive analyses of key Herbalife product categories, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact category performance.Transform data and analysis into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.Dive deep into consumer research to understand purchasing behaviors, preferences, and unmet needs.Keep a pulse on competitors' movements, product launches, and marketing strategies, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track category performance against key metrics and financial targets.Become an expert in internal sales data and product analytics.Monitor regional product launches and provide key approvals in Agile.WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:You will be part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are a team that develops the Global Product Strategy, leads the Global New Product Development Process, and oversees the Global Product pipeline. We lead all global product renovation and support the regions with their strategies and new product initiatives. As a global team, we collaborate with regions, cross-functional teams, and executives and are the Center of Excellence for Product.SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.Excellent ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.Capability to think strategically and provide recommendations that align with business objectives.Strong database, analytical, problem-solving, and Excel application skills.Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.Strong team collaboration skills with results orientation.Team player able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.Ability to interpret research findings.Attention to detail.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
