Social Video Producer & Editor

We are currently seeking a Social Video Producer & Editor to work with our Marketing, Sales, and Design teams on producing and creating engaging video content (including but not limited to TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Shorts) for our organic and paid social media campaigns. As our first full-time in-house video editor, you’ll shape the narrative of our brand channels and drive user growth and retention by generating dynamic and trendy creatives.

They should also demonstrate a strong curiosity to analyze data to refine and create top-performing content.Responsibilities

Brainstorm, shoot, and edit 4-6 short-form videos weekly (in several aspect ratios) that align with our brand visionBuild general and sports-specific motion graphics to create compelling videosCollaborate closely with our Growth and Marketing teams to develop conceptual ideas and craft content strategies for our channelsPartner with our Growth and Marketing teams to analyze content performance on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and consistently produce high-performing contentTake a lead on developing scripts for video contentMaintain the highest creative standards and keep up with social trendsInspire new ways of thinking, using fresh and unique approaches to video editing and motion graphicsPrioritize projects to meet multiple and simultaneous deadlinesQualifications

3+ years of experience in motion design2+ years of social content creation with a strong emphasis on short-form contentAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in motion design & editingAbility to work with audio/sound design and gradingDeep understanding of social media platforms & trendsKnowledge of proper file handling in a post-production workflowInterest in tennis, pickleball, padel, and social mediaAbility to work well both independently and in a team environmentOpenness to travel as neededBonus
