You will work cross-functionally, with the product, partner, sales, and marketing teams to develop product marketing materials and campaign initiatives related to our products and services to both win new business and serve existing customers.We are an ambitious, enthusiastic team and are looking for someone to join us who wants to combine a mixture of creative thinking, technical expertise, discipline, and tenacity. You will have good experience in delivering strong product marketing in a technical environment and bring the skills to be able to hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:Craft Compelling Messaging & Content:
Develop clear, engaging, and educational content that effectively communicates the value of Snowplow's products tailored to our core personas: data engineering and data science teams.Lead Product Launches:
Execute impactful product launches, supporting respective ongoing marketing campaigns. Your efforts will educate both existing customers and prospects on the unique benefits of Snowplow's offerings.Customer Engagement & Persona Development:
Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success teams to engage with customers and prospects to gather insights, develop detailed personas, and enhance our understanding of market needs and challenges.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with product, marketing, customer success, sales, and partner teams to enhance the visibility and impact of product marketing initiatives. Foster a continuous flow of communication to align all efforts.Sales Enablement & Competitive Analysis:
Drive a sales enablement program, equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Educate them on competitor dynamics, market trends, product positioning, and new features to ensure they are prepared for every stage of the customer journey.Content Creation featuring customer use-cases:
Write insightful blog posts, incorporating customer case studies that highlight Snowplow's product features and customer success stories, demonstrating the real-world impact of our solutions.Target Audience Identification & Market Trends:
Collaborate with the Product and Demand Generation teams to define target audiences, develop ideal customer profiles, and stay ahead of market trends to inform strategic decisions.We’d love to hear from you if...The idea of working for a growing startup excites you.
