Complete 3 to 4 in-home consultations each dayOffer exceptional customer service and expert design adviceAccurately measure windows and place orders for productsDiscuss your job details with installers when necessaryDocument all sales communicationsRespond to emails and phone calls promptlyFollow up on all leads and pending sales to closureStay current on Window Treatment trends and product changesParticipate in monthly sales meetings, monthly bonuses and periodic trainingQualifications
2 years of sales experience preferredExcellent, clean driving record, must pass background and drug testExperience with window coverings including drapery is helpfulExcellent written correspondence skillsStrong math skillsProficient in MS OfficeExperience with a CRM is strongly preferredMust be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbsMeasure overhead and while on a 6-foot ladderPrevious experience with invoicing is helpfulHonest, Respectful, and Service-Oriented requiredBenefits/Perks
