We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to partner with our cross-functional team of marketers, creatives and engineers to deliver digital solutions for our customers.

Oversee workflow across the team, including suggesting and collaborating with the team on potential improvementsIdentify project needs with the team in order to execute planned activities and solutionsCreate visibility to the work using JiraDrive communication across all teams working on deliverablesActively clear workflow blockers to keep the team focused on project goalsCoach the team in agile practices to deliver the best solutions for our customers quickly and efficientlyOwn metrics on team delivery and efficiency
Skills Needed To Win
6+ years in project managementGreat interpersonal, organization and time management skillsFlexible and comfortable with frequent changeStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAttention to detail and follow-up skillsConflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentalityAbility to influence without authority and coach team members
$70,900 - $100,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
