As Spark continues to enhance its brands, we are growing our team with a Graphic Designer.Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value propositionCreate engaging digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, and website contentIdentify and evolve creative solutions to grow customer experiences; incorporate both brand direction and performance dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needsDesign and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing materialsOwn projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assetsImprove the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumerStay up-to-date with design trends and best practicesRequirements5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design for emails and paid adsProficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Excellent eye for visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout designStrong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills to transform ideas into compelling visualsAble to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously but welcoming feedback and collaborationDetail-oriented with focus on delivering resultsSelf-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAbility to partner with multiple cross-functional teamsBachelor’s Degree requiredHTML experience is a plusPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time remote positionRemote team members

must live and work in the United States
