Job Description & Responsibilities

:

Enhance, develop and manage product copy contentCollaborate and drive projects with cross functional teams to improve product copy, vendor catalog copy, and image sourcing for product pagesCoordinate long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creationEstablish product content distribution strategies and tactics and manage day to day interaction with third party product copy providerMaintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties consistent with style guide and agreed upon data governance standardsTrack daily, weekly, and future task lists of products for content and image completionPartner with major brands to acquire digital imagery, other digital assets or physical samples to facilitate the timely completion of product page contentEstablish and maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal partners when obtaining images, data, and other materials needed to build website pagesFollow best practices as defined by the SEO team when writing and enhancing material for the website Develop a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and safety rulesInfluence cross-functional business leaders in establishing business objectives and goals specific to OmnichannelWork with the analytics team to measure the effectiveness of product page content to evaluate and improve future performancePartner with merchant group to activate all significant product launches and intraday launches consistent with brand guidelines and competitive landscape demandsDevelop a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and safety rulesDuties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications

Education

:

High School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant field of study preferredWork Experiences

2+ years of work experience within the field of Omnichannel or buyingSkills:

Capable of evaluating, testing, modifying, and managing a best in class, intuitive, and comprehensive navigation structure to deliver a great customer experience while searching and navigating company websiteExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and externalAnalytical, with b problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to recognize and adapt to company cultureAbility to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentationsLeads by example and models a passion for the business as well as demonstrates a proactive and solution orientated styleAbility to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent analytic skills with the ability to use key tools to dive deep and provide analysis consistently on performance metricsExcel capabilities preferred and capability to use Web Analytics platforms
