Job Description

The Gastro Portfolio Peer-to-Peer Marketing Manager will actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of brand P2P, product theatre and speaker bureau strategies and tactical initiatives that support the IMMUNOLOGY Gastro Portfolio’s HCP commercial objectives. The Marketing Manager will partner with key cross functional partners (marketing analytics and business intelligence, medical affairs, medical and regulatory reviewers, OEC, and legal) to identify and use customer insights to develop stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels. This individual will lead work with multiple agencies and manage a large budget.

To plan, execute, and create materials for various marketing-initiatives, the successful candidate will closely collaborate with Internal and External Agencies, AbbVie support functions, such as: Medical, Regulatory, Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC), Patient Advocacy, Field Operations, Field Sales, and Business Services teams.

Responsibilities:

Work on marketing deliverables within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment, applying skills to analyze and execute marketing plans for franchise growth.

Propose and recommend strategies based on business direction, market dynamics, and data. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver brand messaging, content, and programming in medical educational channels.

Stay informed of market dynamics and trends affecting the franchise and business plans, particularly in the fast-paced IBD market. Lead competitive event planning for the Gastro portfolio and develop market shaping strategies across medical education channels.

Execution and completion of marketing deliverables in a fast-paced environment, applying skills to analyze and execute marketing plans for franchise growth.

Drive sales force execution through clear communication and impactful training initiatives.

Establish collaborative relationships with marketing peers across the Gastro Portfolio to align brand strategies with marketing tactics.

Support Regional Marketing team in the execution of marketing tactics and programming.

Assist in Gastro Speaker Bureau management, including speaker training, optimization, utilization, and tracking KPIs and External Expert engagement.

Navigate the Medical and Regulatory process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Previous Pharma Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
