Brightspeed is seeking a data-driven and collaborative Marketing Strategy Specialist, Special Projects to join our dynamic team! You'll play a key role in supporting our growth initiatives by analyzing subscriber and financial data, proposing strategic direction and leading small projects, generating leads, and acting as subject matter expert while collaborating on cross-functional projects.As aMarketing Strategy Specialist, Special Projects, your duties and responsibilities will include:Data Analytics: Leverage data to uncover actionable insights into customer behavior and business performance. Communicate findings effectively to inform strategic decisions.Reporting Analyst: Develop and analyze comprehensive reports on subscriber and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesStrategic Thinking: Utilize deep understanding of customers, competitors, and our product to develop and execute strategies that drive business growthLead Generation: Create and manage lead generation processes to maximize customer acquisition. Balance innovative approaches with operational efficiency.Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., sales, product, brand marketing) to deliver impactful results on small projectsQualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field3-5 years of experience in marketing or a data-driven fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)History of identifying what needs to be done and doing itAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBONUS POINTS FOR:Experience with lead management
