Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be a trusted team member providing care to our patients and a trusted partner to the clinical team, center staff, and the Executive Leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).

Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce promotional materials.

Content Creation

Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other platforms.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

Market Research

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.

Analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

SEO and SEM

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) and analyze their performance.

Social Media Management

Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.

Email Marketing

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.

Track and analyze email performance metrics.

Analytics and Reporting

Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Collaboration

Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
