Insight Global is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join the team of one of our clients in the greater Raleigh area. This position will sit fully on-site Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm EST. This person will help contribute creatively and operationally to help create and execute on-brand marketing assets that reinforce strength in the marketplace while continuing to generate revenue. They will report directly to the Director of Brand Communications and the Director of New Communities and Partnerships.This position will require a broad knowledge base and comfortability with marketing activities, both digital and print, focused on training, content creation, graphic design, email and more.Key responsibilities include:Manages up to 10 social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, creating and scheduling up to 50 posts a week, 70+ stories a week, and engaging with content on a consistent basis.Helps to develop and implement social media ideas/campaigns/posts that ensure brand consistency, support the company's communications and marketing goals, and engages new audiencesCreates relevant, informative, engaging, and effective content optimized for social media platforms, including static posts, reels, stories, and other digital assets with little supervisionExperience designing branded templates and REELS for use on social media using various desktop and online tools, like Canva.Monitors all social media channels for accuracy, branding, engagement, and needed adjustments.Co-facilitates (with the agent concierge) on-going social media training for the team at large. Including support in developing agent social media presence, training on social media best practices, and branding, as needed.Responsible for responding to comments and questions from social media followers with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness, as well as escalating any issues to the proper marketing manager.Monitors and analyzes social media performance across channels to determine effectiveness and improve strategyResponsible for monitoring social media during non-working hours for any comments or communication that would need immediate attention and potentially requires input from other business units prior to responding publicly.Develops effective strategies and tactics that increase social media followers and user engagementEdits video and audio files to maximize social media engagementSalary range is from 55 - 65k depending on YOE.Required Skills and Experience:- 3+ years of experience with content creation or social media management- Experience running up to 12 social channels and handling the content for all of those- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment (50 posts a week, 70+ stories a week)- Graphic design experience in Canva
