Your New Role...

Works with SVP and Directors of International Marketing, in collaboration with the worldwide marketing team, in the day-to-day creation, management & implementation of marketing strategy across select titles for all Warner Bros. International territories. Supports SVP and Directors in the day-to-day communication with individual markets regarding the creation, development and adaptation of campaigns, exhibitor conventions and special events to meet local strategic needs and businss objectives.

Your Role AccountabilitiesSupports the Senior Vice President and Directors of International Marketing in the day-to-day development and implementation of marketing campaigns including strategy, creative direction and planning across departmentsWorks with International Marketing Director and Distribution to coordinate the development, planning and implementation of exhibitor conventions, special events and internal international conferences and supports the showrunner on site at local and potentially international eventsCollaborates with representatives from all disciplines including creative, media, promotions, digital, research, publicity, exhibitor marketing and the creative services to help the team gather the latest information on each film's campaign in order to properly keep the markets updated on plansTracks all deadlines for creative (print, AV) as well as special event materials and helps manages timelines with the Finishing teams and Producer/runner to ensure international delivery schedules are metActs as a resource for markets when it comes to assets and estimated deliveries of materials so local teams can plan accordingly. Keeps print & AV trackers updated and relays material delivery statuses in the international weekly updatesWith the supervision of Directors, reviews and approves local advertising materials and adaptations of Home Office creative to fit local strategyAssists in managing the centralized localization process for debuts of trailers and posters to achieve global debutsCreates international slides or decks needed for internal or filmmaker presentations as well as local, regional and international conferencesAttends weekly meetings with the international markets/regions and helps to action any follow ups that come out of these calls.Assists with the coordination of exhibitor and partner exclusive materials with global partners like Dolby, IMAX and other premium formatsManages the team's shared drive and archives the drive as neededQualifications & Experience...

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field requiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google SuiteFamiliarity with file types and creative software (Photoshop, Keynote, After Effects, Final Cut, Quicktime)Minimum of 4 years experience in Marketing/Advertising/Publicity strongly preferredPrevious experience working in areas of audio/visual materials and/or print production usefulPrevious experience with components of print and broadcast campaigns preferredPrevious experience in International realm usefulPrevious experience with event planning and execution useful, but not requiredStrong creative eye and intuition, attention to detail and follow through, and a willingless to learnPrevious creative experience useful, but not requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines in a very fast-paced ever-changing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAn interest in international and other culturesA self-starter and an independent critical thinkerAttentive to detail and hyper-organizedAbility to work well under pressureAble to initiate projects and solve problems effectivelyMust have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
