We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to enhance Nimble's brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams and will play a significant role in developing and executing data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality opportunities for our sales teams.

As a Demand Generation Marketer, you will:Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and brand awarenessCollaborate with cross functional teams to produce compelling content that aligns with the needs of our SMB target audienceAnalyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvementWork closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive messagingManage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to track and nurture leads effectivelyCreate and present reports on campaign results and performance metricsWhat you bring:

3+ years of demand generation marketing or digital marketing experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExceptional communication and storytelling skillsThe ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to drive tasks independently with minimal guidanceProficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Understanding of B2B marketing process and content benefitsStrong portfolioWhat's in it for you:
