Boca Raton, FL, Kennesaw, GA, Columbia, MD, Acton, MA, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Portland, OR, or Charlotte, NC, or any of our Geosyntec offices as hybrid or work from home at the companys discretion.

You will work closely with engineers and scientists, marketing staff, and other professionals to help us increase our success in existing markets and develop new markets. We provide environmental services to municipalities, state and federal agencies, Fortune 500 industrial companies, and many of the nations top law firms.Learn more by visiting www.geosyntec.com.??Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This position focuses on supporting teams of people throughout the whole firm, in many locations, and collaborating with regional marketing professionals in Geosyntec focused on BD Initiatives for markets, practice areas, and clients. The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the performance of the following activities:?Participate in the development of marketing and business development plans;?

Become in-house expert on the marketing attributes and needs of the assigned BD Initiatives including competition, drivers, and trends;?

Develop, organize, and maintain a resource database related to the assigned BD Initiatives, and promoting related internal collaboration sites, including content management & site management;?

Research and support assessment of competitor activities, market intelligence, industry trends, and technological innovations;?

Manage and track the preparation of collateral materials, including research, graphical content, and coordinating and/or editing source materials;??

Oversee the integrity of the sales funnel for the BD Initiatives, including but not limited to utilizing a CRM system for data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation;?

Provide leadership and support in planning, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, for industry or professional association project awards nominations, and for developing, increasing, and maintaining brand awareness through coordination of the BDIs Participation in newsletters and ECT;?

Provide guidance and support to regional marketing staff in championing and facilitating clear, informed, and efficient Go/No Go decisions for proposals, and supporting proposal technical teams strategy sessions, capture plans, and win themes. Strategies development for proposals;?

Assist with content for online presence, including social media, website and emails:?

Work with technical teams to create compelling and informative content, demonstrating our position as thought leader in focus areas;?

Act on and filter data related to clients, competitors, past, current and prospective markets, and relevant corporate experience by distributing to technical and marketing leads;?

Work closely with technical leaders to support the BD Initiatives goals; and?

Perform other duties as assigned.??

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, communication, with 4 years of experience in engineering, Architecture, or commercial construction, or 8 years of directly related experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training. (required)?

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office. (required).?

Knowledge of Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Word, Teams. (preferred)?

Experience using Adobe InDesign. (preferred)?

Understands or have experience of the RFQ/RFP process. (required)?

Understands or has experience with techniques associated with the evaluation of promotional activities. (required)?

Has knowledge or experience with federal, state, and local procurement procedures. (required)?

Has working knowledge or understands the activities associated with the development and evaluation of marketing plans and their effectiveness. (required)?

Ability to read, analyze and interpret marketing, technical, and other business documents. (preferred)?

Ability to author marketing materials and correspondence that is well written and organized, clearly presented, focused on the subject at hand and further the Geosyntec brand. (required)?

Experience with creating effective presentations and respond to inquiries from internal & external clients. (required)?

Can effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. (required)?

Capable of writing in a marketing and or journalistic manner. (required)?

Valid U.S. drivers license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)?
