They are committed to building lasting relationships with their sponsors and clients, who are integral to their innovative approach in the culinary world.Job Description They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Success Manager with a deep love for cooking and exceptional client management skills. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with brand sponsors and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the successful renewal of contracts.Key Responsibilities Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.Drive client satisfaction and loyalty, aiming for contract renewals.Respond promptly and efficiently to client communications, particularly emails.Collaborate with our production team to exceed client expectations.Lead client meetings, actively listening to feedback, and offering creative, on-the-spot solutions.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in managing various client accounts.Compile data and create detailed post-mortem reports on metrics such as impressions, engagement, and content assets for clients.Qualifications A strong passion for cooking and the culinary industry.Experience in client management, particularly in a media or related industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret data metrics.Proven track record of overdelivering and proactive client service.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in data analysis tools and report generation.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer A competitive salary with performance-based incentives.2 weeks of paid time off.A hybrid work week, offering a balance of in-office and remote work.A dynamic, supportive work environment in a leading cooking media company.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to merge your passion for cooking with your talent in client management.They are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
