About the Position:

The Field Marketing Manager role requires strategic thinking as well as the can-do attitude of a proven individual contributor. Candidate will work with internal stakeholders to create and execute the marketing/demand generation strategy for key ABM Enterprise Accounts and target enterprise markets, both direct and through Juniper Partners. The role will also include marketing program development and execution. Critical to success, the candidate must have an understanding of the business problems facing today's IT decision makers, a deep understanding of channel partners, a track record in developing strong relationships with internal sales/product/marketing teams and a relentless focus on metrics and results.

Responsibilities:

End to end planning and implementation of field and partner marketing programs to generate pipeline for Enterprise sales teamsMust be able to understand sales needs and priorities and translate into marketing tactics and programsDevelop and lead the implementation of a go-to-market plan for the teams above that incorporates online and offline elements and utilizes corporate assets to land key messages in the field, supplementing as necessaryCreating a trusted and respected relationship with Sales leads and becoming their "go to" for marketing-related needsAssisting, accelerating, and creating sales opportunities to drive Juniper revenueBuilding relationships with customers, partners, sales, marketing, and product management personnel at various levels to identify new opportunities that benefit both the customer and JuniperWorking closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, corporate marketing, product marketing, and technical experts) to help develop and define the go to market strategy and plan for customer- and then executing the field marketing componentLeading strategy development and execution of customized virtual and in-person eventsManaging budget of Opex & MDF fundsMinimum Qualifications:

Five+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with an understanding of the channelMust thrive in a fast paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Preferred Qualifications:

Building successful relationships with Sales: History of building and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams and partners to build a marketing strategy and then to implement it. Specific examples and references will be requiredMeasurement: ability to manage projects on time, on budget with controlled set of resources, and leverage operations tools to track campaign and sales activity for predictable pipeline building. Familiarity with marketing and sales automation systems such as Eloqua and salesforce.comMarketing Communications: Exceptional communication skills: writing, ppt slides, social media, and presenting in person and via web, and processing input into execution planProject Management: organized planning and process management, tracking, and ability to drive accountabilityMarketing Campaign Management: define, develop, optimize, and refine channel campaigns with a solid strategy, offers, design, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development and production. As an individual contributor, have a range of marketing analytic, strategic, and tactical skills to execute agreed upon plan and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done.Other Information:

Minimum Salary: $95,700.00

Maximum Salary:$146,740.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $95,700.00 and $146,740.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
