As the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations you will be a vital member of the Vans Americas Marketing Operations team that is charged with orchestrating the planning and execution of highly effective Marketing campaigns that drive growth for our brand at every point of distribution. You will play a critical role in modernizing the Go-To-Market process, creating connectivity and unlocking efficiency to enable Vans Americas Marketing team to tell our most important Brand, Sports and Product Marketing stories each season, consistently across the globe.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

You will be the creator, owner and manager of the seasonal Internal Marketing Calendar and ensure that all parties are aware, informed and signed up to meeting marketing deliverables in connection with the Go-To-Market process.

You will manage all seasonal Go-To-Market deliverables for Brand Marketing, Category Marketing, Retail/DTC Marketing across Marketing functions and cross-functionally with Strategy/GTM, Merchandising and Design and other functions as applicable.

You will act as the conduit between the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure calendar, milestone, and deliverable alignment takes place.

You will work with the Marketing team to build, plan and track budgets, deliverables, and milestones across projects.

You will serve as a key thought partner and advisor in reshaping Marketing GTM processes to support the evolving needs and requirements of the Americas Marketing team, and lead implementation across teams.

You will lead the development and rollout of an integrated Smartsheet framework to include all Americas Marketing functions with extension to Regional Marketing teams, to support a single point of access for Marketing GTM milestones and updates year-round.

What success looks like:

You will embed yourself in the Americas Marketing team and be the subject matter expert on GTM and Operational processes.

The Americas Marketing teams will always understand and be aware of what’s due when and what’s coming up next to ensure GTM success each season.

You will help the Vans Marketing Operations team achieve its near and mid-term strategic objectives and goals.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Expert knowledge of building and managing a GTM process, across multiple functions

Ability to prioritize, multitask and adjust in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while driving results and maintaining a high level of accountabilty

Posess a strategic mindset and ability to understand, assess and problem solve

Excellent project management and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail

Stellar communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional engagement and buy-in

Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking to large audiences

Experience working in a large, highly complex global organization and understanding of cultural nuances

How to operate a cross functional Go To Market process working with Global and Regional Marketing teams

Hiring Range

:

$122,688.00 USD - $153,360.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential
