Responsibilities Performs a wide range of illustrating assignments in the preparation of view-graphs, wall charts, posters, fliers, brochures and Similar materials. Designs layouts and produces graphic designs as requested by serviced activities. Prepares illustrations for manuals, pamphlets, handbooks and similar types of publications. Prepares materials for publication. Interviews project proponents who review and identify acceptability of work results. May be provided copy and required to independently develop illustrations within narrow time limits. Serves as COR for graphic and production type contracts. Orders supplies and maintains equipment necessary to support the program. Establishes and maintains records related to work performed Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Completion of an Accredited Program in Graphic Design, Art or related field which involves artistic creativity ; or 2. Work experience performing the duties described above.
