employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

Key Responsibilities:Create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key sales messages.Collaborate with teams to develop creative solutions that meet client requirements.Stay updated with design trends and technologies to ensure innovative and impactful designs.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional growth.Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.

Basic Requirements:A minimum of 4 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects), Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canvas, Squarespace, Wordpress, Google Workspace, Mac and Windows.Associate's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below:California – $44.32 - $54.32Colorado – $44.32 - $54.32New York – $44.32 - $54.32Washington – $44.32 - $54.32District of Columbia – $44.32 - $54.32Maryland – $44.32 - $54.32
