Our success is powered by our innovative approach and, most importantly, by the incredible people who make up our team.The Role: Social Media Content Creation WizardAs our Social Media Content Creation Wizard, you’ll be the creative force behind our TikTok presence and beyond. Your role is crucial in developing and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:Develop Social Media Strategies:
Research best practices among competitors and stay up-to-date with trends to craft strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.Create Compelling Content:
Design and produce eye-catching content for our TikTok page, with the flexibility to expand to other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, and Pinterest.Monitor & Engage:
Keep a close eye on customer feedback, comments, and social media posts, responding promptly to foster a positive and interactive online community.Why Join Us?This is more than just a volunteer role—it’s your chance to shape the social media presence of a fast-growing tech company. 3-4 days a week, full-time.After That:
A minimum of:
3 days a week for 7 weeks (or equivalent in hours)4 days a week for 5 weeks (or equivalent in hours)
After the initial period, we’d love to have you stay as long as you’d like!How We Will Work Together:Interview Call:
We’ll start with a call to get to know each other.Ongoing Communication:
We’ll have regular check-ins and stay in touch to ensure everything is on track.What You Will Take Away From This Opportunity:You’ll gain invaluable experience in social media strategy and content creation, working in an environment that encourages independent thinking and creativity. This is a unique chance to be part of a company at its formative stages and help drive its success. You’ll also receive an endorsement on LinkedIn and be able to associate yourself with our company’s LinkedIn page.Requirements:English Proficiency:
Native or fluent-level English is essential.Social Media Savvy:
Experience with Instagram and other social media platforms, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.Creative & Independent:
