The position will be responsible for the development of an integrated U.S. strategy, directing all marketing activities and the design, planning, and execution of all promotional tactics to support the launch and marketplace success of the Lung portfolio.Key Responsibilities Include:Develop an integrated business plan and strategic plan for the Lung portfolio.Develop brand strategies and tactics to support launch and growth of Lung indications in the US market.Oversee profitability attainment.Establish annual Marketing Plans and execute promotional tactics.Provide forecasts for products and updates throughout the year.Utilize market research and analytics to prioritize resources and plan product tactics.Coordinate promotional activities with sales management.Partner with Sales Training on marketed products and updates.Support development of pricing and contracting strategies.Plan and execute promotional activities at company conventions.Support franchise team cross-functional initiatives.Improve protocol, timetables, and resource allocation.Responsible for annual financial forecasts.Manage marketing budget to support financial objectives.Track and monitor monthly performance and recommend corrections.Collaborate with various organizations in long-term strategic planning.Interact effectively with franchise new product development project teams.Work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines.Work closely with National Sales Director and VP of Sales & Marketing.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education:A minimum of a Bachelor’s is required; MBA is preferred.Biology/Scientific background is preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:A minimum of 10 years business experience is required (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management).A minimum of 5 years demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is required.Oncology sales or marketing experience is preferred.US in-line marketing experience is required.Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required.Must have strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.People management experience is required.Product Launch experience is preferred.Previous Pharma Sales or Sales Management experience is preferred.Global Marketing/Early Commercial Development experience is preferred.This position requires up to 25% travel U.S. with limited outside US travel.Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies are equal opportunity employers.Primary Location:
