Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Aegis Living is a national leader in retirement, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s care, providing the finest in senior lifestyle, emphasizing health, quality of life, well-being, and community.Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, to bring their administrative support and marketing expertise to Aegis Living in the Greater Seattle area!We have 38 Communities across WA, CA, and NV and more in development in the Greater Seattle & Northern California areas. In turn, we are growing our sales team and looking for someone who wants to grow their career in sales while impacting lives daily. We offer luxury Assisted Living and memory care in communities that are designed to celebrate life and provide loving care for our residents.Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will partner with the Marketing Directors to support all property sales related activities:Coordinate and support community events to increase awareness of the property.Ensure the community is fully prepared and ready to create amazing experiences for new residents and touring families and potential residents.Coordinate and calendar community activities related to sales and marketing and work with the Marketing Director to ensure proper execution and follow-up.Deliver service excellence throughout each prospective customer experience.Qualifications
What you'll need to excel at this job:1+ years outside sales experience.Experience working in a service-related industry desired; experience working in hospitality or health care sales is a plus.Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events.4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited University preferred.What Next?
