Key job responsibilities:

Leverages Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking up operations and financialsUnderstands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgment calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procureRoot cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Fulfillment Center to improve and create new measures for site productivityBuilds trusted relationships with your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions that steer business improvements and cost reductionsWorks with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timelyOwns the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan

A day in the life: You will mainly focus on performance metrics of one of the largest Amazon fulfillment centers in the EU. You will own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, be involved in productivity reviews, and travel across Continental Europe to visit other similar Amazon Robotic centers to understand differences. Based on data analysis and your gained knowledge, you will steer the Senior Leadership in the right direction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

A degreeRelevant experience in a finance role leading a project or program and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a businessRelevant experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or TableauRelevant experience in financial modeling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, or EconomicsExperience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challengesExperience working in a large team or fast-paced, corporate environmentExperience making strategic business decisions and managing internal relationships
