Leveraging our deep relationships and influence with studios, networks, labels, leagues, teams, venues, events, media, and content platforms, we provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients around their entertainment & sports strategies.

The Role

This individual will work as a Senior Analyst, Social & Creators in the Brand Consulting department supporting client account teams. This position focuses on content creator/digital talent, creator partnerships and social strategy for various corporate clients and is most suitable for those with strong experience in the creator space and social strategy.

Responsibilities

Key Areas of Focus: creator campaign management, social strategy and measurementCreator

Talent management for brand campaigns, on-site activations, social media activations, entertainment and sports partnerships, etc.Identify, recommend, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators

Develop and maintain client / internal talent status trackersManage administrative elements of partnership creation – contracts, payments, etc.Handle product shipment requests, event invitations and logisticsExecute VIP care/white-glove service with talent on behalf of brand with excellenceMeasurement and reporting development in partnership with analytics team

Liaise with talent and talent reps, fielding incoming questions and overseeing deliverables (i.e. posts on time and schedule)Strong knowledge and connections within digital talent ecosystem guiding POV on best practices, strategy, appropriate channel deliverables, etc. based on brand objectivesAbility to brief talent/content creators on brand creative and channel needs, content deliverables, creative direction, etc.Oversee campaign recap deck development inclusive of measurement, links, screengrabs and key learnings

Social

Develop social media strategy for various brands including creative platform concepting, content development, social asset management, copywriting, channel planning, and editorial calendar creation/oversightSupport new business pitches and RFP responses with social strategy to enhance and amplify any creative conceptsPartner with account, creative and other functional teams to guide the execution of clients’ social media strategy/calendar across all social channels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business or the equivalent experience preferred4+ of experience in digital marketing/social media/creator marketing. Work experience at a talent agency, entertainment company, social media company, management company, or content company preferred.Strong relationships with talent agencies, creator agencies, management companies, etc.Strong understanding of talent/brand partnerships and content creation, including experience on-set during production/content shootsExtensive experience in social media management, including social listening, community management/scaling, content strategy development, and analytics with proven examples of strategies developed for well-known brands/platforms/creators

Strong experience with all social media platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, Facebook, X, etc.)

Experience in utilizing online benchmarking tools to capture results and optimize accordinglyExperience in presenting KPI’s with clients and making strategic recommendations based on quantitative analysisTechnologically Savvy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote, Photoshop)Dependability, follow-through, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle extensive multitasking, pivoting, and meeting multiple deadlinesCollaborative, able to pivot and take on new tasks quicklyInterest in entertainment, sports, lifestyle and pop culturePolished written and verbal skills. Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondenceStrong sense of initiation and informative by nature. Location: Based out of the New York or Los Angeles office, this role is onsite/in the office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $70,000-$90,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
