Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.The Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator coordinates with the Vice President for Enrollment Management in developing and implementing recruitment and marketing strategies to achieve University enrollment goals. This position requires strong analytical skills that lead to data-driven decisions, graphic design proficiency, and professional experience in the use of technology.Duties & Responsibilities:Work with the VPEM to develop and implement an enrollment management strategy to increase student enrollment and achieve annual new student enrollment goals, focusing on recruiting students for Hope International University.Create graphic design for all marketing collateral directly related to lead generation and lead nurturing efforts, including direct mail, digital, print, video, presentations, and social media.Work within University brand guidelines and promote the HIU brand through communication.Manage the email automation system (Pardot), which includes updating campaigns, creating emails, and maintaining lists and files.Act as a project manager for all enrollment marketing communication efforts, including internal (HIU departments) and external parties (vendors).Update program information, including significant sheets, travel material, and ongoing admissions material.Develop and maintain online forms (through Formstack) to collect information requests (RFI), event RSVPs, and application submissions.Communicate and update all admissions events to the University’s website coordinator; regularly monitor recruitment-driven website details.Represent the University professionally and positively at recruitment functions such as college fairs, preview days, community events, and meetings with students, parents, families, teachers, ministers, and other constituents.Promote cooperation, teamwork, and coordination between the various departments of the University toward the end of honoring the Lord and providing the best possible services to constituents.Other duties as determined by the VPEM.Employment StandardsQUALIFICATIONS: To fulfill this role successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldEssential Knowledge and Skills:
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and software literacy (internet, e-mail, web applications, and MS Office). Understanding of project management. Experience working with a print shop and packaging files for print.Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
Experience managing or contributing to social media channels for a brand. Copywriting experience or interest in content writing. HTML/ CSS basic knowledge of web and HTML email standards. Video production and editing skills are a plus.Mental Demands:
Self-directed, proactive, and able to take initiative; highly organized, detail- and multi-task oriented; able to set priorities and responsibilities; competent in problem-solving; able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and various cultural backgrounds.Visual Demands:
