Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.MG2 is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Seattle office in our Corporate Marketing Team!As a Graphic Designer at MG2, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent representation of our brand through various visual materials. You will be responsible for creating compelling and on-brand graphic content, ranging from presentations and reports to branded swag and infographics. This role requires a strong graphic sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to champion our brand standards across all design projects. Additionally, there may be opportunities to contribute to rebranding activities as they arise.Responsibilities:Understand both design intention and production requirements, communicates concerns and questions in a thoughtful, constructive manner.Develop a wide range of print and digital graphic assets, including, but not limited to:
Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, social media graphics)Quarterly Market Reports and ad-hoc reportsInternal and external presentationsGraphic information displays and exhibits and/or in-office environmental graphics and space activationsEvent materials (invitations, programs, banners)
Create templates and graphics files to correct specifications to ensure quality of design product for print or as delivery.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand project needs and develop effective visual solutions.Utilize and contribute to design systems, design templates and content libraries.Have a solid understanding of design principles and best practices in printed and digital (e.g., typography, color theory, layout, information hierarchy).Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree and/or certification in graphic design or related field3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an in-house team setting, although agency experience is okay as long as expectations align with the workloadA self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitudeExcellent written, verbal communication skills and attention to detailsDrawing/illustration skills required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design softwareStrong organizational, time management skills and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced deadlinesAbility to take projects from concept development to production with a high quality of outputAbility to manage projects with multiple internal stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office programs. HTML experience is a plus.Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, all of whom care about graphic design.MG2 Benefits & Salary:MG2 offers competitive benefits that support our employees in their life and career.
