Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.Job Description As an Ecommerce Content Strategist at Arc, you’ll help guide the planning, development, and execution of ecommerce content strategies across many digital platforms. These strategies will support Arc’s overall goal of delivering custom, connected commerce solutions for our clients. You’ll do this by having a deep knowledge of online platforms (with an emphasis on Amazon), a constant drive to learn trends and challenges on these platforms and within the ecommerce space, and by looking for opportunities to grow our clients’ brands with data-driven content roadmaps.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, develop, and lead ecommerce content strategies for client projectsReview creative outputs and provide feedback to teams to ensure approved content strategies are being followedCollaborate with category and retailer strategists on understanding the target shopper and content opportunitiesPerform competitive ecommerce market research and analysis to guide strategiesUnderstand our clients’ brand stones, personalities, and current positions in the market and within their categoriesCreate content strategy briefs for project teamsDevelop brand store wire frames with the consideration of the shopper journey content touch-points from awareness to conversionWork with and guide copywriters and designers during the creative content development processSelect and wireframe modules for basic and premium A+/enhanced contentLook for areas of opportunity for our clients’ brands within the market; develop and sell-in ideas that will help create a strategic, critical shift to enhance the brand’s presence, when applicableSource category and product keywords to support and drive the development or optimization of Brand Store and Product Detail Pages (PDPs), including titles, bullets, product descriptions, basic and premium A+/enhanced content live copy text and meta descriptionsPerform audits on current client ecommerce content to assess areas of opportunity for future updates and scope buildingQualifications

Possess a high-level knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Chewy, etc.) and nuancesUnderstand what a shopper’s digital journey looks like on a specific platform and the content/messaging touchpoints along the wayPassionate for knowledge sharing and collaborating with othersExperienced with PDPs, self-managed brand stores, and A+/enhanced contentAbility to identify overall platform opportunitiesProfessional candidness and unmoved curiosityExcels when working autonomously and as part of a teamOut-of-the-box thinkerAbility to see the “big picture”/end goal of a strategy and possess to know-how to build it from the ground upAnalytical problem solverAdditional Information The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
