We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role will support the marketing department with content creation, social media and campaign management and project/administrative support. This position is part time, requiring a 10 hour commitment per week.

Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.Collaborate on social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Content Creation:

Develop high-quality written and visual content for blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and website updates.Assist in the production of multimedia content, including videos and graphics.Conduct research to support content development and ensure relevance to target audiences.Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all content.Campaign Management:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.Track campaign performance and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness.Project Management:

Assist in the project management of various marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project progress.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing.Administrative Support:

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.Support the marketing team with day-to-day operational tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:

Must be willing to work US hours.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.Experience within a fast-paced environment.Company Information :OpenExchange is the worldwide trusted leader in video and multimedia solutions for investor communications.
